Launchcurve conducted a rapid assessment and identified several key challenges. Many of Van-Ed Equipment’s products were either missing or not prominently featured on their website. The existing website had limited navigation and pages, restricted to sections like Home, About Us, Contact, Excavator Attachments, Specialty Equipment, and Service. Additionally, Van-Ed ranked poorly on Google for non-branded keywords, resulting in low visibility and discoverability. These factors collectively contributed to a lack of online traction for Van-Ed Equipment.

Website Transformation

Launchcurve completely overhauled Van-Ed’s website to increase visibility and drive lead generation. The product listings were expanded to include over 35 brands and 650 products, with dedicated brand and product pages for each item. New features were added, including pages for used inventory, distribution partners, and categorized product listings. The website’s scale was significantly enhanced, growing to over 1,000 pages that showcased every product Van-Ed offers for sale. Integration with Google Merchant Center further improved online visibility by incorporating used inventory into the platform.

Automated inventory alerts were set up to notify subscribers when new inventory was added, creating a sense of exclusivity and urgency. Automated Google Reviews encouraged customers to leave feedback, increasing Van-Ed’s credibility and trustworthiness online. Seasonal promotions were also tailored to keep Van-Ed’s offerings top of mind during key periods, driving both awareness and conversions.
