In 2022, RWC Systems, a recognized leader among its existing clientele with a portfolio of high-profile projects, aimed to expand its customer base. The company identified a critical need to enhance its digital presence, particularly its website and LinkedIn profile, which were primary sources for prospective customer research. Lacking the strategic expertise to improve key performance indicators in these areas, RWC Systems sought to develop a comprehensive approach to attract new clients.

The strategy

Launchcurve recognized that RWC’s primary customers did not find new subtrades through digital channels like search engines. Instead, they relied heavily on digital assets to evaluate companies once they were discovered through more traditional means. RWC’s core competitive advantage lay in their industry expertise and established work portfolio. Launchcurve’s strategy was to showcase RWC’s extensive knowledge and expertise to help them be invited to bid for more jobs.

Digital Implementation

Launchcurve heavily emphasized highlighting their project portfolio and internal expertise. This involved continuously creating video updates of their projects, extensively showcasing their portfolio and providing social media videos of their project manager and site staff demonstrating how they have solved problems through innovation and outside-the-box thinking.
